Chip’s Restaurant has been a landmark in Orange Connecticut for many years and has recently expanding to Fairfield CT. Famous for its perfect pancakes, it also has a creative lunch and dinner menu and guests are welcome to BYOB. George Chatzopoulos (Georgie) immigrated to the United States from Greece in 1987 and worked in the restaurant business for many years. Since Georgie took over Chip’s in 2003, he has extended the menu to give customers healthier choices by adding fresh local produce and whole grain items in to the menu.

The Pantry was conceived many years ago by two friends, Thierry Le Meur & Andrew Rolleri as a place that a chef could come to buy ingredients to construct a recipe. There have been a number of great additions along the way, but our convictions have remained the same.
